Your Questions, Answered

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Your deposit is applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and allows your artist to reserve dedicated time, prepare your design, and set up materials.

Deposits may be forfeited if you arrive excessively late, reschedule without proper notice, or request major last-minute design changes.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment as long as proper notice is given (see our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy). Each appointment requires its own deposit.

  • We understand that life happens, but tattoo appointments require time and preparation and must be respected.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without losing your deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice—or no-call/no-shows—will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking opportunities.

  • Yes. For legal and safety reasons, you must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo—no exceptions.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.
Minors cannot be tattooed, even with parental consent.
We also do not tattoo anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Your safety is our top priority.

Our studio follows strict sterilization and sanitation protocols in full compliance with local health department regulations. We use single-use, pre-sterilized needles and disposable equipment for every client.

All workstations are thoroughly disinfected before and after each appointment, and our artists use medical-grade barriers, gloves, and proper hygiene practices at all times.

If you are feeling unwell, have a recent injury, sunburn, or any medical concerns, please contact us prior to your appointment so we can ensure the safest possible experience.

We are committed to maintaining a clean, professional environment where client comfort, care, and safety always come first.
